I ordered from rickstein.com for a weekend dinner and felt a bit nervous about whether it would show up in time. Thankfully, it arrived exactly when they said it would, which was such a relief. Everything was packed really well and still nice and cold too. No stress, no chasing around, just a smooth delivery, I was genuinely really happy with it.

Not gonna lie, I expected the refund process to take a while, but the issue was fixed quickly and the money came back sooner than expected

Went in for dinner and the staff were genuinely friendly, got everything out fast, and didn’t make a big deal out of anything. Just easy, smooth service. That’s it...

I had a really good browse on rickstein.com and there was way more to pick from than I expected. I went in thinking it would be mostly fish, which I do like, but then I kept spotting other options too, so it made choosing for different people much easier. Always a relief when you’re not trying to force everyone into the same sort of meal.
The menus were clear as well, and the availability was easy to see, which sounds basic but makes such a difference. No clicking around forever, no weird surprises at the end, just straightforward. I was looking for one thing, got distracted by a few others, but in a good way. I’d definitely use it again.

I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me really fast!! Everything was easy, no hassle at all, and my problem was sorted right away.

I ordered from Rick Stein and was actually quite pleased with the portion sizes. Fish meals can sometimes feel a little on the small side, but this was definitely filling enough and felt like decent value. We had it for dinner and, as far as I could tell, no one was left hungry afterwards. A nice surprise really, and I’d probably order again...

I ordered from rickstein.com the food was really tasty. The fish tasted fresh, the sauces had loads of flavour, and the portion size was decent too. My only gripe is the price, it did feel a bit steep, and I couldn’t help wondering if you’re partly paying for the Rick Stein name as much as the food itself. Still enjoyed it though

i booked a table through Rick Stein and it was really easy. the available times were clear, the confirmation email came through quickly, and changing the number of guests wasn’t a hassle at all. nothing fancy, it just worked the way you’d hope. made sorting out dinner feel a lot less stressful.

The packaging was solid and everything stayed cold enough when it arrived. I was a little worried about it warming up in transit, since that feels like such a preventable issue, but it was packed well and came in fine...

Really cosy little place by the sea, and it just had such a calm feel to it. I liked the relaxed vibe straight away. Also, the setting was lovely, kind of peaceful without feeling too quiet. Just a nice spot to sit back and enjoy being there

I was a bit frustrated with how long we had to wait, but once we were seated the staff were really good about my allergies. They checked my notes, helped sort out gluten-free options, and I felt safe eating there.

I ordered from rickstein.com and was happy with it overall. The food was lovely and everything turned up in good condition, so no complaints there. A couple of the items did feel a bit pricey for the amount you get, but then again the quality is clearly there, so... I didn’t feel too annoyed about it. I’d definitely order again, probably more as a treat than for a regular shop.
